No Returns or Refunds

We maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.
Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our garments, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your package at delivery. If outer packaging appears tampered or the product is damaged:

    • Refuse delivery or note the issue with the courier.

    • Contact us at kukudalabhavi2001@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/video of the package and damage.

    • Retain all packaging until further instructions.


Important Exchange Conditions

  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Customer arranges and pays for return shipping.

  • Items purchased during sale, discount codes, or promotions are not eligible for exchange.

  • Custom-stitched or altered garments are non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged.

  • Unpacking video proof is required to validate damage claims.

  • Exchanges for sizing are not accepted unless we shipped the incorrect size.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • In rare cases, requests within 12 hours may be reviewed at our discretion.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued after deducting a 10% processing fee.


Shipping Policy Summary

  • Domestic (India): Free shipping; delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Shipping charges INR 2,500 per kg; delivery within 7–10 business days after dispatch using premium couriers like DHL and FedEx.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes must be paid by the customer.


Order Tracking

You will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Estimated delivery date
    Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate.


Shipping Responsibility

  • All shipments are fully insured until delivered.

  • VARNAM Attires is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery is marked complete by the courier.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for international shipments.


Incorrect Address & Re-Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

  • Additional delivery charges due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete address may be reshipped after payment of extra shipping charges.
