Where Do We Deliver?
India: We offer delivery across all serviceable pin codes.
International: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to Russia, Bangladesh, Ghana, or Pakistan.
P.O. Box addresses: Not serviceable by our courier partners — please provide a complete street address with pin/zip code to avoid delays.
For residential addresses (e.g., USA and select countries), if no one is available at delivery, packages may be left at the doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, as VARNAM Attires is not liable for any loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
Delivery Timelines
Domestic (India): 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International: 7–10 business days after dispatch via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, etc.
No dispatches occur on Sundays or public holidays.
Made-to-order garments: Estimated dispatch timelines will be specified on the product page and may differ.
Shipping Charges
India: Free shipping on all orders.
International: INR 2,500 per kg. Customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes may apply as per your local regulations and are payable by the customer.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Packaging
Each garment is carefully packed in protective wrapping and shipped in a VARNAM Attires-branded corrugated box to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
Transit Risk & Responsibility
All shipments are insured until delivery at your address.
In case of courier loss or non-delivery, we will refund or reship your order.
Once a delivery is confirmed, VARNAM Attires is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Any additional charges, penalties, or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.
If an order needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect details, the customer will incur additional shipping charges.
Address Changes
Contact us at kukudalabhavi2001@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request an address change.
After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Multiple Address Orders
We currently do not support splitting a single order for delivery to multiple addresses.
If you require delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders.
International Duties & Taxes
Custom duties, import taxes, and VAT for international orders are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient according to their country’s laws. VARNAM Attires has no control over these charges.
Delayed Shipments
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen factors. We will update you proactively and may issue store credit or vouchers on a case-by-case basis if delays are significant.
Lost Orders
If your package is suspected lost in transit, please allow up to 15 days for our team and courier partners to investigate. We will reprocess or refund your order depending on the investigation outcome.
